As a seasoned life and performance coach, career counselor, and facilitator, I embark on a journey with individuals, exploring their holistic selves to ignite profound personal and professional growth.

My pursuit of broadening my impact on humanity inspired the inception of my coaching and facilitation venture. Driven by a fervent dedication to passion and purpose, I'm propelled to guide others through life's transitions, assisting in reaching personal and professional milestones. My expertise extends to coaching leaders, nurturing environments fostering open communication and trust. I firmly believe that mental and emotional well-being forms the bedrock of excellence in every facet of life.
A perpetual learner, I hold certifications as a Life Coach from Mindvalley and as a Performance Coach from Canada Coach Academy. My academic journey includes an honors graduate certification in Career and Work Counseling from George Brown College, complemented by a post-graduate certificate in Constructivist Counseling. Drawing from Vance Peavy's Life Mapping principles, I assist individuals in charting their future careers or life goals.
My commitment to service was recognized with the prestigious Amethyst Award in 2008, honoring my efforts in public service and collaborative endeavors that supported an impactful agreement between the province of Ontario and the First Nations.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I revel in the splendor of Colombia's majestic mountains, finding solace and inspiration in nature. In moments of leisure, you'll find me engrossed in books, crafting words, singing melodies, immersed in Latin dance, and contributing to the community that nourishes me.
