Personality Dimensions Workshop (Full Day)
Samantha is a certified Level I Personality Dimensions Facilitator and has presented workshops to diverse populations including corporate management, administrative support teams, and youth in the community. Personality Dimensions is a temperament tool that has been used for over two decades. It assists participants to gain greater self-
awareness and identify their strengths, values, communication styles and understand how they best relate to others and contribute to the world. This tool allows teams to recognize the strength in the diverse temperament styles and allows managers and team members to understand the need to tailor communication styles to various temperaments.
Workplace Professionalism and Civility
This workshop explores why professionalism and civility matter and how to foster a healthy work environment that increases productivity and collaboration.
