Career Counselling & Personal Coaching

Different types of sessions can be mixed into a custom package. Sessions from Career Counselling and Personal Coaching can also be put into a package. In addition to a discounted rate, custom packages include preferential scheduling, follow up, and access to coach between sessions for support or assistance. We are happy to offer a free introductory conversation to get to know you and make a recommendation on how we might best help you.

Corporate Coaching

Package include 6 x 60 minute sessions to be used over a period of three months. Prepay for 6 sessions and receive a discounted rate, preferential scheduling, follow up and access to coach in between sessions.

 

*The Coach is available for additional time, per client’s request, outside of the coaching sessions for project related support including reviewing documents, request for feedback or engaging in other client related activities charges for this service will be calculated on a prorated basis agreed to by both parties.

One Year Coaching Package 

​

Give yourself the gift of consistent support in setting realistic goals, increasing self-awareness, squashing limiting beliefs, and learning self empowerment techniques that improve your relationship with yourself and those in your life. Support is provided throughout the year in reaching your goals, overcoming obstacles and building resilience in managing setbacks and life’s challenges while identifying the manifesting power behind a grateful heart.

Package includes: 4 sessions per month, including follow up and resources as appropriate, priority booking and availability, free life mapping session, and ongoing support and encouragement throughout the year as you find joy in reaching your milestones.
